We shift the way people experience life at work
We spend so much of our lives at work so it’s important to consider what gets us out of bed every morning. At the BRG we want to shift the way people experience life at work, because when people have a sense of purpose they feel like they’re making a difference to others. We deliver experiences as part of corporate workplace programs to create a real sense of value between employees, clients, partners and the businesses they impact.
Our brands curate the best experiences for the workplace, as well as individual reward, recognition and incentive programs. Be it length of service awards, customer promotions, team building or formal reward and recognition programs, we have more than 5000 experiences fit for the job.
We know that when people are purpose-driven, engaged and feel their contribution is appreciated, they do better work. Using experiences to reward, recognise and incentivise both employees and business partners is a proven way of tapping into that valuable discretionary effort we all have available. And sometimes it’s nice to just say thanks.
“The pride people take in their work transcends to their homes, their education, families and communities,” Leonard Boswell.

We’ve seen the results: according to our recent Hewitt Employee Engagement Scorecard, experiences as rewards are better than a cash bonus. Research found that cash bonuses, whilst appreciated, do not build connection with an employer. In fact the ‘value’ or excitement of receiving a cash bonus disappears quickly. Experiences gifts (and activities) however build the employer brand and culture of a business.

When people have a sense of purpose, they feel like they’re making a difference to others. At the BRG we make a difference when we shift the way people experience life. But to ‘experience life’, it extends beyond that. It extends to our suppliers, distribution partners, customers and the people we come into contact with.
