IfOnly is the only marketplace in Australia for amazing local experiences and once-in-a-lifetime opportunities that benefit worthy causes around the world. We are not focused on commoditised, everyday activities. We specialise in once-in-a-lifetime, over-the-top, and special-occasion experiences and we showcase what it is about our experiences that make them truly one of a kind. We are the market leader in high end, once-in-a-lifetime experiences. In 2019 we partnered with the Big Red Group to bring IfOnly to Australia.

We beleive that what a business stands for and how it contributes to the community is just as important as what it sells. Over the years, IfOnly has not only provided thousands of unique experiences, it has helped raise millions of dollars to benefit over 200 charities. It is this dual sense of purpose that keeps everyone at IfOnly motivated and engaged, enabling us to be a leader in both the experience economy and corporate philanthropy. We’re all about making ‘the impossible possible’ and answering a consumer desire for richer experiences that not only create wonderful memories but also give back to the community and those in need.
Why we do what we do
Like many entrepreneurial endeavours, the original idea for IfOnly was born from a dual sense of purpose: provide consumers with amazing experiences while raising money for worthy causes—the greatest experiences for the greater good. IfOnly was started by a successful US entrepreneur, Trevor Traina, who formed the idea of IfOnly in 2012 with the mission to tap into his network of the world’s biggest superstars in order to generate a ripple effect of impact for those in need. The idea was to motivate the world’s biggest stars (or ‘luminaries’) to offer money-can’t-buy experiences to customers, with the philanthropic spin of giving back to charities. How we do business
We work with the best luminaries in the world to provide unique and memorable experiences across culinary, entertainment, music, sports and adventure. Our luminaries are experts in their respective fields whether it be on a local or world stage – athletes, artists, musicians, chefs, designers and more. We also work with hundreds of charity partners globally, providing a fundraising channel for these not for profits who do incredible work. For every experience sold, a portion of the sale goes directly to a nominated charity. So customers can enjoy the greatest experiences while we support the greater good.

The Big Red Group (BRG) has today launched the premium curated experiences brand, IfOnly, in Australia.
IfOnly is a partnership with the US site of the same name – founded in 2012 with the purpose of unlocking access to extraordinary experiences for social good, with every listing benefitting a cause.
Partnering with local and world-class ‘luminaries’ – be they experts in their field, celebrities or other noteworthy personalities, brands and charities – IfOnly offers extraordinary experiences across entertainment, culinary, music and more, with up to 80 per cent of the funds going to an associated charity. The brand launches locally with more than 20 charities set to benefit initially, including Cancer Council, R U OK?, Starlight Children’s Foundation, OzHarvest and Sony Foundation. Read more…
