BRG Experiences @ Work

In July of this year, we launched “Experiences at Work”. We invested in over 300 experiences to use over three months, every employee is guaranteed at least one experience per month with a rotation of fellow team members. These smaller group activities have included whale watching, cooking classes, ‘paint and sip’ classes, rock-climbing and sailing, just to name a few. These activities take place during work hours because relationships and connection is the work.

As a company we choose to prioritise our teams need for connection and belonging as a strategic investment, these form the foundation of the creativity and innovation culture we use to drive our business forward every day.
