Within our Growth business, we are looking to appoint a Product Lead. You will work into the Chief Growth Officer, leading the product roadmap for RedBalloon, Adrenaline and Lime & Tonic. It’s an operational data-driven role, envisioning the future, driving customer research whilst ensuring focus on the critical product feature enhancements. The role will see your setup and lead a product team that works in harmony with our talented merchandising, CRM and performance lead to optimize the customer journey, to drive CX and CRO across the portfolio and to identify, evaluate and recommend new, innovative features or capabilities.

This is a cross-functional role, requiring partnership with the Operations teams across data, product owners and the Head of Engineering to unite teams around the growth product vision and roadmap. We are looking for the right person to come to us with deep product management experience, preferably from a transactional e-commerce business, a clear growth mindset and an approach to leading and inspiring others. You will have a significant opportunity to impact the strategy and growth opportunities.

The role will see you

  • Design and lead the product roadmap across all brands
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, CRO, Technology and Creative teams to deliver best in class CX aligned to the consumer buying modality variations across Brands
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap, aligning priorities across teams to this roadmap to deliver commercial outcomes
  • Translate customer data into clearly defined online product requirements
  • Manage prioritization and tradeoffs to ensure delivery of priority onsite optimisations
  • Lead cross-functionally to ensure the product vision is implemented effectively
  • Own roadmap and backlog, leading the planning process, and agreeing on the scope and priority of requirements with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery to plan
  • Identify and document requirements, defining user stories, journey flows, etc., identifying and engaging stakeholders, leading workshops and ensuring business needs and stakeholder expectations are met
  • Complete ongoing market research to ensure best practice, identify new opportunities to improve the effectiveness and quality of our eCommerce capabilities
  • Create a highly functioning team of Product, CRO, UX that will support and deliver your strategic vision
  • Lead and inspire your team and business partners across the BRG to deliver your vision and plan for all BRG sites
  • Define and deliver a product strategy with specific objectives of improving CX and CVR aligned to each Brand.

Your Skills

  • Experience leading product discovery, creating product vision and contributing to the overall product strategy & roadmap in support of company-wide goals and objectives
  • You understand the business value of the requirements and can articulate why features are required, what problems they will solve and how they will benefit the customer and drive the success of all Brands
  • You are able to collaborate and bring people and teams together to find the best solutions for business requirements and customers
  • Ability to process and analyze complex data sets, market factors and evolving customer requirements and interpret them to make business decisions
  • You possess a strong technical understanding and are experienced in translating business needs into clear user stories, as well as breaking down large features/epics into independent, implementable stories
