Be growth minded, that means quite a lot to me, that means I can come to the table with an idea, be able to own that outcome and actually push for it , take those risks and those steps further to take it to the next level.

What makes Big Red Group such a unique place?
The fact that we sell experiences, our product is literally experiences. Not many other products or teams in Australia have that opportunity. We sell the chance for people to actually go out and enjoy everything that Australia has on offer. To be able to go out flying, to dining to everything in between. There’re not many businesses like that, we are super unique in that sense and we’re super proud to be a part of that. ​
