David Anderson - Group CEO
David Anderson

As Group CEO, David leads the business in its pursuit to deliver an experience every second across the globe by 2030.

With a background in management consulting and following on from success in building a large-scale international retail network (IMO Car Wash Group), David co-founded Big Red Group in 2017 with the belief that with state-of-the-art technology, great people and a clear strategy to acquire new audiences for its supply base – transformational growth would be delivered to stakeholders.

Under David’s leadership, and through continual investment, innovation and acquisitions, Big Red Group has grown into the largest experience marketplace in Australia and New Zealand. 
Kevin Davis
Kevin Davis

As Chief Financial Officer, Kevin outlines and implements the financial growth and maintenance strategies of Big Red Group. Tasked with managing and measuring real-time financial performance, Kevin leads the Finance team with more than 30 years of financial management expertise.

Kevin has led teams across diverse sectors including Financial Advisory, Healthcare, Technology and Core Service Industries. Kevin brings a unique skill set, having directly worked across a range of corporate finance specialties including business turnarounds, major M&A assignments, due diligence, private equity raising, financial modelling, core business management and rapid business development for major institutions including Big 4 advisory firms, EY and PwC.
Jemma Fastnedge - Chief Operations Officer
Jemma Fastnedge

As Chief Sustainability Officer, Jemma is tasked with how we reduce our footprint, create impact, and innovate. Delivering sustainable growth through creating long-term environmental and social value. With two decades of experience in the industry. Jemma is passionate about how ‘less stuff, more stories’ can play a fundamental role in shifting how and what we consume. As well as the responsibility we have to our country and community.

Jemma joined start-up RedBalloon in 2001 with the remit to drive the expansion of the business across Australia and New Zealand. Jemma became CEO of RedBalloon in 2011, guiding RedBalloon through its fast-growth years. More recently as BRG group COO, Jemma led the Technology, Data, and Salesforce divisions, tasked with driving innovation and excellence across product and operational functions.
Ben Manns - Supply & Distribution Director
Ben Manns

After beginning his career in the tourism sector, Ben founded one of Australia’s leading online tour & attraction aggregators, Experience Oz. Since 2007, Experience Oz has served millions of transactions across domestic & international markets via its B2C & B2B platforms.

With over 25 years specialising in the tours & attractions sector, Ben has been responsible for cultivating and nurturing stakeholder relationships, driving industry leading tech, supplier partnerships and ensuring the company endured long-term sustainable growth. Ben holds an MBA from Griffith University majoring in organisational change.
Paul Connell - Big Red Group CMO
Paul Connell

As Chief Marketing Officer, Paul is responsible for crafting the direction, customer experience and growth agenda for our portfolio of brands to ultimately enable us to serve an experience every second & shift the way people experience life.

Paul is passionate about building businesses & teams to be purpose-led and future fit. Armed with a background including commercial marketing leadership roles in Unilever, scaling up high growth B-Corps and most recently transforming the growth of Naked Wines, he has experience & success in creating & scaling true multi-stakeholder business models & brands where profit, performance & purpose go hand in hand.

Engineer by education, holding an MEng Honours Degree in Manufacturing & Management, Paul is now recognised as a Top 50 CMO in Australia, sits on the board of UnLtd (supporting young people at risk) and supports the Marketing Industry more broadly via roles with The Marketing Academy & The Trenches.
Madeleine Robins - Director People & Culture
Madeleine Robins

As Director People & Culture, Madeleine drives the people strategy, developing and embedding core initiatives including executive training, growth and development, mergers and acquisitions, best-fit organisational design, talent acquisition, and managing performance to unlock people's full potential.

Prior to Big Red Group, Madeleine was the Head of Employee Experience at RedBalloon, and served as HR Lead for Groupon APAC where she was responsible for all aspects of HR in a high-growth business including Compensation & Workforce Planning, Engagement and Career Development as part of the Leadership team.

Madeleine graduated with Honours from Manchester Metropolitan University and holds a BA majoring in Criminology and Sociology.
Tim Bennett - Corporate Development Officer
Tim Bennett

As Corporate Development Officer, Tim serves as our capital advisor, supporting our corporate development both locally and abroad.

Tim also serves as Managing Director of Capital for ASX-listed Prime Financial and in a corporate development role for firms including Limepay, Aspen Medical and Investible.

Prior to joining Big Red Group, Tim was a partner at EY and led the Sydney-based Mergers & Acquisitions division. With over 13 years specialist M&A experience, Tim has advised on a range of transactions across all industry sectors, covering complex business and asset carve-outs and divestments, mergers and acquisitions, private company capital raising (debt and equity) and IPOs, together with a range of financial sponsor (private equity) transactions.
Mark Grace - Insights Director
Mark Grace

As Insights Director Mark is responsible for ensuring we create valuable data assets and use them to drive growth across the group.

His background in management consulting spanned many service offerings and he worked for top brands across multiple industries including retail, media, public sector and telecommunications before specialising in data and insights.

Mark has been with the Big Red Group since 2018 and has built a mature insights function that has enabled the group to become the largest experience marketplace across Australia and New Zealand.
