was born out of five times ‘Best Place to Work’ and Australian online success story RedBalloon – starting its life as the internal software built to support RedBalloon’s renowned employee framework. In 2014, Naomi Simson – along with a few of the original RedBalloon team – founded Redii.com, with a vision to support other Australian businesses to grow and prosper through harnessing the power of their greatest asset, their people. Since then, our team has grown to include some of the finest entrepreneurial minds in business growth and employer branding. With decades of experience, driven by a passion for helping workplaces and employees thrive, we aspire to provide business owners globally with the one tool that makes the biggest difference to an employee’s day at work.
