Under David’s leadership, and through continual investment, innovation and acquisitions, Big Red Group has grown into the largest global wholesaler of ANZ experiences.
Kevin leads the finance team with more than 30 years of financial management expertise across financial advisory, healthcare, technology, and core service industries.
His unique skill set derives from various corporate finance specialties including business turnarounds, major M&A assignments, due diligence, private equity raising, financial modeling, core business management, and rapid business development for major institutions and Big 4 advisory firms, EY and PwC.
Jemma is passionate about delivering sustainable growth by creating long-term environmental and social value.
With two decades of experience in the experience industry, Jemma understands how ‘less stuff, more stories’ can play a fundamental role in shifting how and what we consume. As well as the responsibility we have to our country and community.
Jemma joined start-up RedBalloon in 2001 with the remit to drive the expansion of the business across Australia and New Zealand. Jemma became CEO of RedBalloon in 2011, guiding RedBalloon through its fast-growth years. More recently as Big Red Group. Group COO, Jemma led the technology, data, and salesforce divisions, tasked with driving innovation and excellence across product and operational functions.
Madeleine’s passion lies in managing performance to unlock people’s full potential.
Prior to Big Red Group, Madeleine was the Head of Employee Experience at RedBalloon and served as HR Lead for Groupon APAC where she was responsible for all aspects of HR in a high-growth business including compensation & workforce planning, engagement, and career development as part of the leadership team. Madeleine graduated with Honours from Manchester Metropolitan University and holds a BA majoring in Criminology and Sociology.
After beginning his career in the tourism sector, Ben founded one of Australia’s leading online tour & attraction aggregators, Experience Oz.
Since 2007, Experience Oz has served millions of transactions across domestic and international markets via its B2C & B2B platforms.
With over 25 years of specialising in the tours & attractions sector, Ben has been responsible for cultivating and nurturing stakeholder relationships, driving industry-leading tech, and operator partnerships, and ensuring the company endures long-term sustainable growth. Ben holds an MBA from Griffith University majoring in organisational change.
Tim serves as our capital advisor, supporting our local and international corporate development.
Prior to joining Big Red Group, Tim was a partner at EY and led the Sydney-based Mergers & Acquisitions division. With over 13 years of specialist M&A experience, Tim has advised on a range of transactions across all industry sectors, covering complex business and asset carve-outs and divestments, mergers, and acquisitions, private company capital raising (debt and equity), and IPOs, together with a range of financial sponsor (private equity) transactions.
Tim also serves as Managing Director of Capital for ASX-listed Prime Financial and in a corporate development role for firms including Limepay, Aspen Medical, and Investible.
Mark is our Data and Transformation Director. Responsible for the delivery of our multi-million dollar investment in our technology platform as well as our data and insights strategy.
With a background in management consulting, his experience has spanned many service offerings for top brands across multiple industries including retail, media, public sector and telecommunications. Before specialising in data and insights and leading many projects including the design, build and implementation of an insight platform for a global shopping centre company, revolutionising the way they use data.
Mark has been with the Big Red Group since 2018 and has built a mature insights function that has enabled the group to drive growth through data-led decision making.
Juliana is passionate about building enduring relationships with consumers and being a change agent for brands and businesses that make a difference in people’s lives.
With over 25 years of experience in Marketing, Commercial, and General Management roles she
has managed some of the world world’s most iconic and successful brands including Nike and Airbnb.
Juliana has worked across Australia & New Zealand, Asia Pacific, and Europe with companies at different stages of growth from large multinationals to founder-led, tech scale-up environments.
